Design, build and automate a new Fermentation Development Lab for product research. Automate the dosing of nutrient, glucose, inoculant and utilities to 32 individual fermenters.

VEAPS was chosen as the project management team to manage the delivery of automation design, review, testing and startup. With several of the 10 sub-contractors located out of state, a detailed project plan, as well as effective organizational and communication skills were integral to the success of this project.
